Tower Bridge London

My Tube Map cushions have proved very popular and now all been sold.  In their place I am making ones featuring Tower Bridge London which I hope will prove equally popular – great presents for boys’ bedrooms this Xmas.

The Granary Xmas Fair – 5/6 Dec 2014

It’s that time again!  I will be selling at The Granary, Vale Road, Chesham again this year – see dates above.  As well as cushions and scarves I have introduced other vintage items such as framed silk scarves, doorstops, daught excluders, silk scarf covered hangars and many other items.  I hope as many of you as possible will come as there are 15 stalls all selling artisan products, led of course, by Candida Spencer’s gorgeous ceramics.

Frame your Scarf!

A lovely way to show off your favourite scarf and create an original and colourful piece of artwork for your home at the same time.  Here is one I had framed for my daughter’s flat and everyone who visits comments on it.  It is an Hermes scarf – their take on flying ducks! – so a bit special but there are many wonderful designs that deserve to be displayed.

Midnight Blue Venice (sold)

Midnight Blue Venice (sold)

All the stallholders had a very good weekend at The Granary and one of my customers kindly sent me a lovely photo of her purchase (Venice Midnight Blue) in situ in her rather glamorous looking room.  As always, many thanks go to Candida for a wonderfully organised event – view her lovely ceramics at candidaspencer.com.

CRY – Cardiac Risk in the Young

Crazy Golf

Crazy Golf

After one of my cushions helped raise money in an auction for the Cornwall’s Children’s Hospice, I’ve now been asked to donate one for another charity, see above.  My “Crazy Golf” floor cushion has been chosen as it’s a golfing event so I’m hoping this very worthwhile cause is well-supported.
